Most people who want to open a preschool never do.
Not because they lack passion. Because they hit the same wall: no curriculum, no brand, no classroom design, no teacher training system, no idea what equipment to buy or where to find it.
Building from scratch takes years and costs more than it should. Buying into a traditional international franchise means large premises, substantial capital and experience you don't have yet.
There is a third option.

Finntessori combines two respected approaches to early childhood education.

Montessori
gives children independence, concentration and hands-on exploration through prepared environments and child-led learning. It is one of the most recognised names in early childhood education globally, with strong parent demand across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe.

Finnish Education
brings play-based learning, wellbeing, creativity and social development. Finland's education system is consistently ranked among the world's best and carries significant credibility with urban, internationally-minded parents.
Everything you need to open. Nothing you have to figure out yourself.
A complete, distinctive identity. Name, logo, colour system, signage and classroom aesthetic. Professionally designed. Ready to use on day one.
A hybrid Montessori-Finnish curriculum developed by experienced early years educators. Age-appropriate, mixed-age classroom ready, and structured for teachers who have not come from a Montessori background.
Fully detailed weekly plans your lead teacher can follow from the first day of term. No curriculum writing. No planning from scratch.
Online training academy included at no additional cost, permanently. Train your opening team. Onboard replacements. Maintain quality as your school grows without paying per head.
Floorplans, furniture specifications, equipment lists and supplier connections. We tell you exactly what to buy, how to configure the space and where to source it affordably. Minimum viable footprint from 3m² per child.
Social media templates, parent communication materials and a school launch toolkit. Open without hiring a designer or an agency.
AI-assisted lesson planning, child development tracking, observation tools and parent communication apps. The academic administration of your school, simplified.
Backed by the team behind Kipinä, an international early years group that has been operating schools across 12 countries for 13 years. You are not the first person we have helped open a school. You will not be navigating this alone.
The Finntessori Design Concept
Finntessori classrooms are warm, low-stimulation environments designed around the Montessori prepared environment principle, adapted for smaller footprints and lower-cost fit-outs. Natural materials, defined activity zones, child-height everything.
We provide the design brief, furniture specification and supplier list. You implement it locally. Most operators complete the fit-out within 6 to 10 weeks.

Track Record
This is not a curriculum written by academics and handed to operators. It is a system built from 13 years of running real schools, solving real problems, in markets as different as Azerbaijan, Romania, Morocco and Indonesia.
